Can not send / receive mail to / from rtelay host

Description

After updating 3 packages (scalix-wireless, scalix-swa, scalix-platform) I've reinstalled previous version.

Since then I can't receive mail or send to relay host
when fetchmail gets mail from relay host there is an error logged in maillog:

Mails are stucked in mail queue

After updating 3 packages (scalix-wireless, scalix-swa, scalix-platform) I've reinstalled previous version.

If you took those packages from upcoming I will rebuild and upload new the only broken package there is Wireless . other packages is stables and contains fixes.

As for your mail queue they not related to those packages .

ldap_init/ldap_bind failed to localhost in

Its seems something wrong with ldap (ldapmapper)

Please check who is listening on ldap port

There is no ldapmapper
[root@scalix2 ~]# ps aux | grep ldap

Have you checked omshowlog maybe there are some logs entries

There is no ldapmapper

Can you please try to

service ldapmapper restart

OK, restart of ldapmapper solved the problem
I am still wondering, because linux server was rebooted several times yesterday
Will try another reboot this day

-F, --force

Well I would ask when last time you run omscan ? Its possible that need to check scalix servers containers for errors

I would like to recommend to set following cronjobs

#--- scalix server  maintanance
00 06,18 * * * /opt/scalix/bin/ommon -u ADMIN@SITE.com
00,30 * * * * /opt/scalix/bin/sxmaint -frequent
01 00 * * * /opt/scalix/bin/sxmaint -daily
5 08 * * Sun /opt/scalix/bin/sxmaint -weekly

as for logs:
export has already option -F
nice -n 19 ${SXDIR}/sxmboxexp -u "${user}" -a ${MBOXDIR}/"${user}".mbox --listlevel folder -F
perhaps cronjob started while shutting down scalix or server

omscan was done when a user reports a problem
omscan -Avfx -U "userbame"
I will add some more maintanance as suggested

There is no file sxmaint.cfg
Can I ommit e.g. to empty the wastebasket when using parameter "-daily" ?

Lets create it as mail.scalix.com has . in general it can be omitted but
